Happy New Year!!

This is the first post on my new blog. Subscribe below to get notified when I post new updates.

Over the holidays, I was able to successfully decouple my fiction platform from my non-fiction platform. You will still be able to access both from both…LOL

Anyway, so here we are…a new site for Expectant Living. Some pages might still be blank but I’m working on it.

My gifting has always been encouragement. My talent is storytelling. My purpose I believe is to give encouragement through words to the downtrodden, the weary, the stagnant. But not just anyone in those categories, but those who know and believe that there is a purpose and calling on their life but nothing is the way they thought it should be. The harvest is slow or it looks nothing like the work you put in.

I’m often asked why this group? Well because I know what it feels to be in this group so well. Then how can I encourage others? Well, this brings me to the reason I haven’t blogged in this area in almost 2years. And why I haven’t release a podcast in a year. The imposter syndrome took over. How can I encourage others when I’m struggling with encouraging myself?

A friend of mine then asked me this question late last year…” Who says you have to encourage from a lace of strength?” She went on to say the fact that you’re picking yourself up and maintaining is enough to encourage someone else to do the same.

Press on toward the high calling

So here I am, back on assignment to empower, inspire and encourage you to glow in your dark seasons. WE CAN DO THIS.

We must do this…press on, until the day of Christ.

Peace + Blessings
